The new MetGIS 2024 website is live!

Over the last few months, we have been working intensively on our new website to make it even easier for you to find the right product. Our aim was to make it as easy as possible for you to access our weather parameters.

As our product portfolio has grown considerably in recent years, a general overhaul of the website was overdue anyway. We have taken this opportunity to present our range in a modern, clearly structured design.

A particular focus was placed on taking into account the diversity of our customers and their possible applications for weather parameters. Whether for tourism, outdoor, agriculture or other industries – our new website makes it easy for you to find out in advance. You can immediately see which products you need and can either order them directly in the web store or submit an inquiry.

But words can’t quite capture the difference – take a look at the new site yourself and feel free to send us your feedback!

We present our latest developments, including the following:

The new MetGIS Pro+ Dashboard

One highlight is the new MetGIS Pro+ Dashboard. This innovative, turnkey weather platform provides high-resolution, zoomable weather forecasts for specific regions. With forecast tables for up to 10 days, it is accessible around the clock. An intuitive user interface allows users to view weather data without the need for technical knowledge. The dashboard supports industries such as tourism, energy and agriculture, among others, and provides accurate weather data that is available worldwide. The solution is also user-friendly and customizable to individual needs. You can find out more on our MetGIS Pro+ page.

Brand new snow cover and fresh snow maps

Our new snow cover and fresh snow maps offer an impressive resolution of up to 30 meters. Using satellite data and proprietary weather models, they provide precise information on snow and weather conditions. These maps are available via the MetGIS Maps API, the Point API and the MetGIS Pro+ dashboard and support various sectors such as tourism, winter activities and environmental protection. Features such as new snowfall forecasts and specialized weather parameters provide a comprehensive solution for winter planning. You can find more information on our Snow and winter page.
