Our Maps API makes it easy to integrate weather data into customers’ information systems and platforms based on the Tile Map Service (TMS) standard. The weather information can thus be placed as a “color layer” over background maps such as Google Maps or OpenStreetMap. In addition to our graphically sophisticated map representations, we also offer the areal weather information in UTFGrid form with numerical values that can be further processed by customers as part of their numerical models.

Brief explanation:
